With great enthusiasm as well as pride, I announce the promotion of Craig Douglas to the position of Engineering Manager for the Band Heater Department effective August 9th, 2021. Craig will also retain all engineering activities for sheet metal shroud products. 

Many of you are aware of the excellent engineering contributions Craig has made during his 19 years of service at Tempco and we are excited about his promotion and the future contributions we believe he will make.

John Slowik will remain with the Company as a Senior Design Engineer for the Band Department. John fully supports this change as he plans on retiring in a couple of years and wants to assist Tempco in its plan for the future. John will be working closely with Craig to pass on the large amount of knowledge that he has acquired in his 37+ years of fine service to Tempco. Thanks to John for his many years of service.

Please join me in congratulating Craig and John on their new positions. Transitions are always challenging, but I believe this change will well prepare the related engineering functions of Tempco for the future.
