Please join us in welcoming Rob Benesh to Tempco Electric Heater Corporation as our new Strategic Buyer.  Effective Monday, June 8, 2026.  Rob will report to Judy O’Brien, Manager of Purchasing.

Rob brings more than 15 years of purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, and supplier development experience across manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, and engineered-product environments. Throughout his career, he has held key procurement roles with C.E. Niehoff, CEF Industries, Nvenia, and Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, where he successfully negotiated supplier agreements, improved inventory performance, strengthened vendor partnerships, and delivered meaningful cost-saving initiatives that supported production and operational objectives.

Building on this strong foundation, Rob most recently served as a CAPEX Buyer with Roquette America, where he partnered with engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams to support major capital projects and strategic sourcing initiatives. In this role, he helped drive procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and cost optimization across complex manufacturing operations.

At Tempco, Rob will leverage his extensive procurement and supplier management experience to support our purchasing and supply chain efforts, helping ensure material availability, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence.
