With great enthusiasm, we are pleased to announce that Maria Olea has been promoted to Assistant Production Manager for the LD & Ceramic Band areas effective July 8, 2024.

Maria has provided Tempco with 11 years of fine service. She started in the stockroom and soon became a Group Leader. She was later trained and promoted to Supervisor for the LD area. Since then, she learned the Ceramic Band area and took responsibility for it once the incumbent Supervisor retired.

She made a major contribution in achieving the increase in our on-time performance and also in accomplishing scrap reduction in both areas. Her people management skills are excellent. She is also a member of our ISO internal audit team. We are confident she will excel in her new role. Please join in congratulating Maria as she transitions into her new position!
