Samir joined the company in May 2000 as a Design Engineer in the Casting Department and was promoted to Engineering Manager in December 2006. Since 2018, he has served as Director of Engineering & Quality, where he has been a performance-driven, forward-thinking leader with direct responsibility for engineering and quality functions.

Throughout his career, Samir has played a key role in driving business growth, improving performance, and strengthening collaboration across the organization and with customers. His leadership and strategic approach have made a lasting impact on operational excellence and quality performance.

In his new role, Samir will continue to provide strategic leadership to support innovation, performance, and long-term growth.
