With immense pride and enthusiasm, we are pleased to announce that Marcela Madero has been promoted to Human Resources Administrator effective August 21, 2024.

Marcela initially began her service to Tempco as an Assembler in the Temperature Sensor Department. Later she was promoted to the position of Front Desk Administrator, a position where she performed admirably for over one year. 

During this time, we observed that Marcela not only had excellent interpersonal skills, but she also possessed impressive analytical skills. As a result, we felt she would be a well-qualified fit for the HR Administrator position.
