With immense pride and enthusiasm, we are pleased to announce that Martha Vazquez has been promoted to Assistant Production Manager for the HD area effective January 2, 2025.

Martha has provided Tempco with 36+ years of fine service. She started in the loading area of HD in 1988 and later worked in the Potting, Termination, Lead Wire Cutting and Winding sections of HD. She was promoted to Assistant Supervisor in 1996.

In addition to learning other processes, she focused on problem solving, organizing and improving her areas of responsibility, resulting in a promotion to Supervisor in 1999. Since then, she has learned the operations of the entire HD department and took responsibility for it upon Fernando Campos’ retirement. She has done an excellent job of maintaining a positive HD department performance during Production Manager absences.
