We are pleased to announce that Melanie Baer has joined Tempco as Human Resource Manager, effective Monday, November 3, 2025.

Melanie is a highly accomplished Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience driving people strategy, compliance, and culture transformation. Her expertise spans employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits administration, and HR systems transformation.

Prior to joining Tempco, Melanie served as Head of HR for Kellstrom and Airliance Materials for 20 years, overseeing HR operations across the U.S. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided organizations through growth while ensuring compliance and fostering strong employee engagement.

Melanie has a proven track record of developing impactful HR initiatives and is known for her approachable leadership style and ability to foster collaboration across all levels of an organization.
