We are pleased to announce the promotion of Ananda Palanichamy to Vice President of Operations.

Ananda joined the company in November 1999 as a Production Engineering Manager in the HD/LD Department. Over the years, he has steadily expanded his responsibilities, assuming leadership roles across multiple functions, including fusion welding, the Stock Room, and the Ceramic Band Department. His broad operational experience and willingness to step in where needed have been instrumental to the organization’s success.

In November 2018, Ananda was promoted to Director of Manufacturing, where he led manufacturing operations with a strong focus on lead-time optimization, people development, policy execution, and continuous improvement. Since that time, he has also overseen costing and planning functions, bringing greater discipline, efficiency, and alignment across operations.

Ananda is widely recognized for his ability to develop teams, drive accountability, and collaborate across departments to achieve meaningful operational improvements. In his new role, he will provide strategic oversight of operations to support efficiency, performance, and sustained growth.
