We’re pleased to welcome Ken Minich to Tempco as our new Systems Administrator.

Ken brings a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience supporting enterprise environments across manufacturing, financial services, and professional services organizations. He has worked extensively with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware virtualization, and network troubleshooting, and is known for his practical, solutions-focused approach to IT support and system optimization.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Purdue University and has earned multiple industry certifications, including VMware and Microsoft credentials. He is currently continuing his professional development in cloud administration.

We’re excited to have Ken join the Tempco team and look forward to the expertise and support he’ll bring to our organization.
